| St. Kitts Marriott Resort Management and Staff their celebrating Mother's Day with residence of the Cardin Home |
Mother's Day is a day of celebration of all Mothers. For the 2nd time hosting this event, the Management and Staff along with some family members of the St Kitts Marriott Resort, were proud to display their 'Spirit to Serve' by taking the opportunity to spend some time with the residents of the Cardin Home.
Residents celebrated this day decked out in their finest and welcomed the visitors with smiles and laughter.
The staff volunteered their time to assist the residents by serving their meals which was provided by the resort and spending time getting to know them. Their meal was accompanied by the unique sounds of the String Band playing in the background, bringing back memories of yesteryear. Residents participated in the celebration through dance, and those who did not, were happy to stay in place and sway to the soothing rhythms.
"This day is a cause of celebration of all Mothers and we feel appreciation should not be shown just on this particular day, but everyday we must take time to say 'Thank You' to our Mothers" said Jorge Landa, GM of the St Kitts Marriott Resort.
