Basseterre (May 16 2007) - Marriott's belief is that our associates are our greatest assets, under the principle take care of your associates and your associates will in turn take care of your guests and the guest will return. People first has been the foundation of Marriott's success for over 80 years,  together with a strong corporate culture and inspiring core values are keys to it's continued success. Every year there is a full week of activities planned worldwide in appreciation of all associates.

"It's no secret that I consider our associates to be the key to our success. You work hard each day to keep this company going and growing. As a member of the most highly skilled and dedicated team in the hospitality industry, you deserve to be celebrated every day of the year. Associate Appreciation Week gives me a special opportunity to thank you personally for all you do to help bring Marriott's 'spirit to serve' values to life," said J.W. Marriott Jr, CEO Marriott International in his message to associates.

In keeping with this the St Kitts Marriott Resort is about to say 'Thank You' to all its associates by planning their own of week celebratory activities. Lots of surprises are in store as preparations are full steam ahead to make this year's celebrations the biggest and brightest.   ~~adz:Left~~
