In her overview of the new website, Mrs. Tresia Daniel, the Customer Service Manager and Public Relations Officer of NEVLEC, noted that the new service allows customer ease, increased convenience for the accessing of customer matters such as their bills, energy saving tips, safety tips and NEVLEC news.
"The idea is to answer all your questions as well as give you information that you would not ordinarily have," she noted.

"We have spent several months with the good people of SKNVibes.com going through every minor detail to ensure that you, the customer, are best served," Daniel added.
She lamented that the only feature not presently available is the payment of bills through the website, but was quick to point out that such a feature was close to being implemented, once the logistics have been sorted.
Hon. Carlisle Powell, Junior Minister with responsibility for Public Works, Posts, Physical Planning and Environment, in the Nevis Island Administration (NIA), was simply thrilled by the tremendous stride taken by NEVLEC , and noted that it was imperative that the customer have a medium to garner as much information as possible.
He noted that his Administration was proud of NEVLEC, and added that the website would not only bolster the customer service arm of the company but would give patrons, especially those overseas, the avenue to read their bills, thus significantly reducing the number of irate customers.

His Permanent Secretary, Mr. Ernie Stapleton, who is also the Chairman of NEVLEC Board, shared similar sentiments and was visibly impressed with the components of the website.
He disclosed that NEVLEC was fully aware that it is a monopoly but despite this there was a need for top quality services, to be provided to the customers.
He concluded his remarks by confirming that the launching of the website had received the full blessing of the Board.
