~~Adz:Left~~   The following persons were charged with offences on Monday 4^th June 2007;

• On Monday 4^th June 2007, Keon Fyfield of Carty Alley was charged with the offence of "Assault Occasioning Actual Bodily Harm" committed on 3^rd June 2007 at Conaree Village. Fyfield was also charged with the offence of "Possession of a Firearm with intent thereof to endanger life or cause serious injury to property" committed on 3^rd June 2007 at New Road Housing Project.
  

·         Bentley Adonis Huggins of Upper Monkey Hill was charged with the offence of "Wounding" committed on 11^th May 2007.

·         Irving Greene of Old Road was charged with the offence of "Driving without Insurance" committed on 4^th June 2007 at Wingfield Road.

·         Glenroy Guishard of King Street was charged with the offence of "Driving without Insurance" committed on 4^th June 2007.

On Monday 4^th June 2007 the following persons were convicted at the Basseterre Magistrate Court;

·         Terrance Casey alias "Donkey" of Salt Pond Alley, who was charged with the offence of "Larceny" committed on 31^st May 2007, was convicted and sentenced to serve thirty (30) months imprisonment with hard labour.

·         Clyde Matthew of Upper Monkey Hill, who was charged with the offences of "Possession of a Firearm" and "Possession of Ammunition" committed on 25^th January 2007, was convicted and sentenced to serve six (6) months imprisonment with hard labour respectively, with sentences to run consecutively.
