~~Adz:Left~~Rosalie Andre’ of Nevis could be the fourth drowning victim to occur in the Federation yesterday, Tuesday, August, 7.
According to reports Andre’ was swimming at Pinney’s Beach with a female friend when the friend noticed she wasn’t seeing Andre’ for awhile.
The friend then said she saw Andre’ in the water and asked for help.
The incident occurred at around 10 a.m. and an autopsy is expected to be performed to determine the circumstances surrounding the death.
Andre’ is a retired teacher and up to her death was a member of the Public Service Commission.
She was in her late 70’s to early 80’s.
