The Criminal Investigations Department (CID) of the Police Force is currently investigating the discovery of a male body, identified as that of Conrad “Yankee” Davis, at approximately 6:45 a.m. on Tuesday, August 28th, at Lower West Bourne Ghaut.

According to the Police report, there was an apparent wound to the back of the man’s head.
Some persons are speculating that the wound to the back of the head might be as a result of a gunshot but the exact cause will not be determined until an autopsy is performed on the body.
“Yankee” was a popular hustler around the West line Bus Terminal, as he often washed vehicles.
Unconfirmed reports indicate that he left St. Kitts at an early age to live in the United States, but was deported.

Anyone having information with regards to the ongoing investigations are asked to contact the CID.
