~~Adz:Left~~ BASSETERRE, ST. KITTS (September 3, 2007): At approximately 11:30am this morning, Monday, September 3, 2007, the St. Kitts Electricity Department undertook emergency repair work to prevent a transformer on New Street from overloading.
As a result of this repair work, electricity service to parts of Cayon Street, Central Street, Church Street, and New Street was interrupted.
Electricity service is expected to resume in about an hour's time. 12:20p.m.
