Four Seasons Resort’s Human|Resource team relocated its office to the Nevis Cultural grounds to recruit temporary employees
    Charlestown; Nevis:
As the high season comes close, The Four Seasons Resort Nevis,  is making sure that visitors to the hotel will have enough persons attending to them.

Today (Wednesday), a team from the Resort’s Human Resource Department relocated their offices to the Cultural Centre grounds to recruit over 75 temporary employees.

People from all walks of life arrived early to grab the opportunity.  Independent investigations by SKNVibes revealed that it is the dream of many to secure employment at the resort in their lifetime.

The Director of Human Resources at the resort, Mr Sam Caines, said they will recruit employees and train them in various skills, “today we are looking for smiles and personality.  Some will work as waiters and waitresses," he said.

He said local people were attracted to the resort due to the competitive pay package “And we have the best working conditions without a doubt.”

When asked if the hotel trained local persons to take management positions, Caines said, “They must be ready” to take such positions.  He added, “We must strive to maintain the highest standards.”

The resort is the largest employer.  Currently over 700 local persons are employed at the resort.  The recruitment was expected to continue tomorrow (Thursday).
