St. Clair Phillip Charged with "Malicious Damage"

~~Adz:Right~~ On Tuesday 30th October, Police arrested and charged St. Clair Phillip of Upper Monkey Hill for the offence of Malicious Damage committed on Tuesday 23rd October 2007.

Phillip will appear before the court shortly. 

Also Tuesday 30th October, Akeem Edwards of Main Street Cayon was convicted for being Armed with an Offensive Weapon and Throwing Missiles on February 10th 2007.

Edwards was ordered to pay one thousand–two hundred and seventy dollars ($1,270.00) in compensation to the complainant for damages done to the complainant’s motor omni-bus.

This compensation must be made within two months or Edwards would be sent to prison for one month.
