BRISTOL, South West England, 19th August 2011 - British TV production company Testimony Films is producing a new documentary for Channel 4 about Linda Carty – a native of St. Kitts. who grew up and lived on the island for many years.
Linda unfortunately was accused and convicted of a terrible crime in Texas and is now on Death Row in America. We are trying to present an honest portrayal of her life and this includes looking at where she spent her early, happy younger years. Our small crew is in St Kitts at the moment and we are trying to look for people who might have known Linda and are able to provide old photographs of her if they have any. It would be invaluable to us and we would really appreciate any old material that anyone may have. She grew up around the Old Road area and attended several schools in St Kitts. She was also a primary school teacher.
We are very keen to hear from people and it would be great if we could use old photos of Linda for the documentary.
