BASSETERRE, ST. KITTS (JANUARY 28TH 2004)– The Federation’s first indigenous bank holds its Annual General Meeting on Thursday 29th January.
The St. Kitts-Nevis-Anguilla National Bank convenes its 33rd Annual General Meeting at the Ocean Terrace Inn, Basseterre, at 5:00 P.M.
National Bank Chairman Ms. Rublin Audain will give the Directors Report, while Managing Director, Mr. Edmund Lawrence will give the Annual Report.
Shareholders will also receive the Report from the Auditors, receive and consider the Accounts for the year ended June 30th 2003, declare a dividend, elect Directors and appoint Auditors.
National Bank’s Headquarters is located on the corner of West Independence Square and Central Streets with Branches located at Sandy Point, Saddlers, the Pelican Mall and the Robert L. Bradshaw International Airport in St. Kitts and a branch in Nevis.
