    ~~Adz:Left~~{Basseterre; St. Kitts} On Tuesday 6th November, 2007, Marcus Hunkins of Hermitage Road, Cayon, who was charged with the offences of Simple Wounding, Throwing Missiles and Threatening and Indecent Language, was fined as follows: Five hundred dollars ($500.00) in three months or in default three months imprisonment for Wounding, two hundred and fifty dollars ($250.00) in one month or in default one month in prison for Throwing Missiles and for the offences of Threatening and Indecent Language, he was cautioned.
     
    Also convicted at the court was Darren Phillip of River Ghaut, Cayon, on two counts of Malicious Damage and Battery. For the first count of Malicious Damage, he was fined eight-hundred dollars ($800.00) in six months or three months in prison. On the second count of Malicious Damage, he was fined five-hundred dollars ($500.00) in three months or three months in prison. On the final count of Battery, Phillip was fined five-hundred dollars ($500.00) in three months or three months in prison.
     
    In other court convictions on Tuesday 6th November 2007, Steven Stapleton of Gingerland, Nevis, was convicted for the offence of Battery and fined fifteen-hundred dollars ($1500.00) in six months or in default, serve six months in prison.
     
    Also convicted was Larkland Payne of Craddock Road, Nevis, for the offence of Battery. He was fined two-hundred dollars ($200.00) in six months or in default, he will serve six months in prison.
