ROADTOWN Tortola, BVI, August 15th, 2011 - The Ministry of Communications and Works is informing the public that phases two and three of the Parham Town section of the Sewerage Project begins on Monday, August 22, and will continue until Thursday, October 6.

Works will be carried out daily between the hours of 8:30am and 4:30pm in residential areas and will not affect the motoring public on Blackburne Highway. During this time, homeowners are asked for their kind patience and continued cooperation. The ministry apologises for any inconvenience caused.
