    ~~Adz:Left~~On Friday 9th November 2007, police recovered one .38 Semi-Automatic Pistol and seven (7) rounds of ammunition that was hidden on a vacant plot of land in the Tabernacle area. The same pistol was reported stolen from the house of its licensed owner.
     
    As a result of the recovery, police arrested and charged a 12 years old juvenile from Tabernacle for the offence of House Breaking and Larceny. The juvenile was also charged for the offence of Possession of a Fire Arm and Ammunition.
     

    Cleon Francis of St. Pauls was arrested and charged on Friday 9th November, 2007, for the offence of Wounding. The offence was committed on 3rd November, 2007.
     
    Dennis Percival of Fort Thomas Road was arrested and charged for the offence of Possession of Cannabis. The offence was committed on 11th November, 2007 in the Bird Rock area.
     
    On Saturday 10th November 2007, Mary Christopher and a juvenile of John England Project was arrested and charged for the offence of Building Breaking and Larceny. The offence was committed on 10th November 2007.
     
    O’Delmo Williams of Tabernacle was arrested and charged on 11th November 2007 for the offence of Possession of Cannabis. The offence was committed on 9th November 2007.
     
    ON Saturday 11th November 2007, Alistair Isaac of Cotton Ground, Nevis was arrested for the offence of Possession of a Controlled Drug to wit Cannabis.
     
    All persons will appear before the court shortly.
     

    On Friday 9th November, 2007, the police uprooted a quantity of marijuana plants in the St. Pauls area and a number of seedlings were taken into police custody. The plants range in height from 1 to 2 feet and were one-hundred and twenty-five (125) in total.
     
    Investigations are ongoing.
