ST. JOHN’S, Antigua, August 21th, 2011 – LIAT wishes to inform its customers that due to the passage of Tropical Storm Irene, all of its scheduled early morning flights departing the V.C. Bird International Airport have been temporarily suspended.
LIAT’s morning services into Antigua are also likely to be affected.
LIAT is actively monitoring the tropical weather system and will provide a further update at approximately 8:00am.
Passengers are advised to monitor the LIAT website (www.liat.com) and other media for information on this matter.
