    ~~Adz:Left~~The following convictions and sentences were meted at the Basseterre Magistrate’s Court on Thursday 15th November 2007.

     

    Shawn Connor of Lodge was convicted for the offence of Driving without Insurance. He was fined five-hundred dollars ($500.00) to be paid in two weeks or in default, he will serve two weeks in prison.
     
    Lawson Hendrickson of Ponds Pasture was convicted and fined five-hundred dollars ($500.00) for the offence of Careless Driving. The fine is to be paid in one month or in default he will serve two weeks in prison.
     
    Jason Eddy of Sandy Point was convicted for the offence of Dangerous Driving and fined one-thousand dollars ($1000.00) to be paid in two months or serve one month in prison if defaulted.
     
    Alston Williams of Molineaux was convicted and fined four-hundred dollars ($400.00) for the offence Careless Driving. The fine is to be paid in one month or in default he will serve two weeks at her Majesty’s Prison.
     
    Llewellyn Charles of Keys Village was convicted for the offence of Careless Driving and fined three-hundred dollars ($300.00) to be paid in two weeks or one week in prison if defaulted.
     
    Justin Moses of New Road was convicted and fined one-hundred and fifty dollars ($150.00) to be paid in one week for the offence of Driving an Unlicensed Vehicle. If defaulted, he will serve one week at her Majesty’s Prison.
     
    Alfred Adams of Sandy Point was convicted and fined four-hundred dollars ($400.00) to be paid in one month for the offence of Careless Driving. If defaulted, he will serve two weeks in prison.
     
    Godfrey Rawlins of Newton Ground was convicted for the offence of Careless Driving and fined two-hundred dollars ($200.00) to be paid in three weeks or serve one week at her Majesty’s Prison in default.
     
    Mavis Barrate of Shadwell Housing was convicted and fined two-hundred dollars ($200.00) in three weeks for the offence of Careless Driving. If defaulted, he will serve one week in prison.
     
    Owen Isaac of Sebastian Street was convicted for the offence of Parking in a Restricted area. He was fined one-hundred dollars ($100.00) in one week or serve one week at Her Majesty’s Prison if defaulted.
