ROADTOWN Tortola BVI, August 28th, 2011 - The Dominican Republic national was reportedly shot several times in the vicinity of Nunez Barber shop, Upper Main Street a little after 8 pm.

Additionally, the other individual with Mr. Colon has been identified as Argelis Amparo. It is reported that he was shot in one of his legs and is in stable condition.
