    Sean Powell of Jessup Village, Nevis, was convicted for the offence of Battery

     

     

     

    ~~Adz:Left~~On Tuesday 4th December, 2007 Randy Liburd of Cayon was convicted for the offences of Driving without Due Care and Attention and Driving without Insurance. He was cautioned for the offence of Driving without Due Care and Attention and fined seven-hundred and fifty dollars ($750.00) for the offence of Driving without Insurance. The fine is to be paid in one month or serve one month in prison. The offences were committed on 27th May 2007.

     

    Jeffrey Christian of Mansion Village was convicted for the offences of Driving without due care and Attention and Driving without Insurance. He was cautioned for the offence of Driving without Due Care and Attention and fined one-thousand dollars ($1000.00) for the offence of Driving without Insurance. The fine is to be paid in three months or serve one month in prison. The offences were committed on 19th July, 2007.
     
    Sean Powell of Jessup Village, Nevis, was convicted for the offence of Battery and was fined one-thousand dollars ($1000.00) to be paid in six months or serve six months in prison. The offence was committed on 25th September, 2007 at Jessup.
     
    Kelston Williams of Cotton Ground, Nevis, was convicted for the offence of Possession of Control Drugs and fined two-thousand dollars ($2000.00) to be paid in six months or serve six months in prison. The offence was committed on 29th November, 2007 at Cotton Ground.
