    Elvis Norford of St. Pauls was charged with making use of "Threatening Language"

     

    ~~Adz:Left~~On Tuesday 11th December 2007, the following sentences were handed down at the Basseterre Magistrate Court. Dalton Jeffers of Fig Tree Sandy Point was convicted for the offences of Driving without a valid Driver’s Licence and Driving without Due care and Attention and ordered to pay five-hundred ($500.00) and one-thousand dollars ($1000.00) respectively.

     

    Kevin Davis of St. Pauls was convicted for the offence of Driving without Due care and Attention and fined seven-hundred and fifty dollars ($750.00) to be paid in two months or serve one month in prison if the fine is not paid.
     
    Elvis Norford of St. Pauls who was charged with the offence of Threatening Language was convicted and cautioned.
     
    Rodney Garnette of Rumble Crescent, Tabernacle, was convicted for the offences of Armed with an Offensive Weapon and Carrying Abroad an Offensive Weapon. He was cautioned for the offence of Carrying Abroad an Offensive Weapon and sentenced to six months in prison for the offence of Armed with an Offensive Weapon.
