Abuse of 911 Emergency Line
There has been an increase in the number of prank and abusive calls coming into the 911 emergency line at Police Headquarters. These calls are not only annoying, but they congest the phone lines and may prevent legitimate emergency calls from getting through.
The Police are hereby appealing to the general public to refrain from this practice, we particularly appeal to parents to educate your children on the use of the 911 line.
