Meneleck Tyson charged with "Battery" and "Armed with and Offensive Weapon"
~~Adz:Left~~ On Tuesday 18th December 2007, Meneleck Tyson of Charlestown, Nevis, was convicted for the offences of Battery, Armed with an Offensive Weapon and Throwing Missiles. He was cautioned for the offence of Battery.
In addition, a fine of one-thousand dollars ($1000.00) was imposed for the offence of Armed with an Offensive Weapon.
The fine is to be paid in three months or serve six months in prison. He was also ordered to pay a fine of five-hundred dollars ($500.00) for the offence of Throwing Missiles.
This fine is to be paid in three weeks or serve three months in prison.
