    St. Kitts National Alrick V. Warner excels at Procter & Gamble

    Basseterre, St. Kitts:
    Alrick V. Warner a native of St. Kitts, has been appointed research fellow at Procter & Gamble due to his outstanding work on the development of Bounty Towels, as well as baby and family care products.  Alrick V. Warner’s nomination was co-sponsored by Baby and Family Care acknowledging total contributions exceeding $590MM.  

    Al established Baby Care's registered print capability which remains crucial in bringing Baby Care's Design vision to life. His graphics modelling and water based ink developments have significantly advanced the state-of-the-art in the printing industry with application across multiple sectors.
     
    Within Family Care, Mr. Warner led Bounty print development and pioneered new ink formulation and printing process innovations that served as the basis for strong TSR, profit, volume, and share growth.  He also directed several substrate developments, and the lotion development program for Charmin.  

    These game changing contributions have increased capability and help fuel years of strong TSR, Profit, NOS, and share growth for Family Care.  

    He is inventor on nine business-building patents with eight more filed or in preparation.  He is actively engaged externally with the print industry and serves on a key Flexographic Technical Association committee. ~~Adz:Right~~
     
    Mr. Warner is also a passionate coach and mentor of young technologists throughout P&G and has played a leadership role in the African American Affinity Group over many years.  

    Alrick spent his formative years at Sandy Point Primary and Secondary School and also attened the 6th Form at the Basseterre High School before migrating to study in the United States.  He is actively involved with his alma mata, Sandy Point High School.  So, next time you reach to a Bounty or a P&G baby care product, remember that it was all made possible by one of our own, Mr. Alrick V.
