ROADTOWN Tortola BVI, September 22nd, 2011  – Premier and Minister of Finance Honourable Ralph T. O’Neal, OBE is assuring residents he is doing well and resting comfortably.

The Premier’s assurances come in the wake of a “brief episode of discomfort” he experienced earlier today.On the advice of his doctor, he was taken to Peebles Hospital for observation and is expected to be released later today.

Premier O’Neal thanks residents for their prayers and outpouring of concern.
