BASSETERRE, St. Kitts – ALLISTER FORDE, George Archibald, Josh Carey and Valentine Eddy, will all be sentenced tomorrow Oct. 13, by His Lordship Justice Errol Thomas for crimes they have been convicted of.
Forde was convicted of shooting at Troy McDonald with intent on December 21, 2010 in Godwin Ghut.
A 12-member jury unanimously found him guilty of the crime on September 26. The unrepresented Forde’s trial began on September 22.
Archibald who was charged with wounding with intent of Christopher Fyfield pleaded guilty at his arraignment at the opening of the September Assizes on Sep. 22.
The incident was said to have occurred on February 8, 2011 at New Road.
Carey and Eddy were jointly charged with housebreaking and larceny committed on April 13, 2011 at the Conaree home of Winston DeFreitas.
They too pleaded guilty to their charge at their arraignment on Sep. 22.
Among the number of items they stole from the home of DeFreitas were a laptop, a cell phone and a hunting knife all to the total value of EC$6,984 00.
