BASSETERRE St. Kitts, November 6th 2011 - The BEACON HEIGHTS PROJECT reminds very much of the Biblical story about the city and TOWER OF Babel – Moreso, when Mr. Bailey spoke of “ACTS OF GOD”. Lying, arrogant and as in the case of the TOWER OF BABEL, CONFUSED TONGUES. It involves people who believe that they are smarter and brighter than everybody else, including GOD.
There seems to be a prevailing feeling that Social Security has a lot of money and that even if it is HIT ON or subject to PECULATION the Fund can bear it. There are lessons around us: at one time the people of TRINIDAD thought that the oil money could not finish. They have been proven wrong.
In the Biblical story of Babel a number of men who thought that they were especially smart and could challenge God came up with an idea they thought was brilliant. Mr. Bailey gives the impression that he and others in Social Security are especially smart because they have University Degrees. Apparently he thinks that nobody outside the Social Security building went to University. The men of Babel wanted to build a city with a TOWER that could reach heaven. Some schools of thought posit that those men felt that in the event of another flood they could escape into the tower.
As the story goes the men had “EXTERIOR, INFERIOR OR INTERIOR” MOTIVES but GOD being GOD was fully aware and frowned on their designs. Long before the Memo broke an observant Kittitian commented that God was frowning on BEACON HEIGHTS because some people were misusing, wasting and pocketing Social Security money, i.e., poor people money. The Memo has proven or confirmed that person’s feelings.
Both Mr. Bailey and the Social Security reported the project being hit by UNSEASONAL RAINS. It is these same UNSEASONAL RAINS that Mr. Bailey called “ACTS OF GOD.” It is these rains that the person thought were a curse from GOD; GOD’s frowning on the project. As Mr. Bailey, CONTEC and the Social Security have said the rains DESTROYED all the ROADS AND OTHER INFRASTRUCTURE put in by CONTEC. On two occasions unseasonal rains, ACTS OF GOD destroyed these structures. The evidence of this WASH OUT was abundant in the area between OJJ’s (DELTA) and BEST BUY. We shall all see/hear if the rains will speak AGAIN!
This is the damage that CONTEC made insurance claims on. Interestingly, the claims have not yet been settled as the INSURANCE COMPANY HAS RESERVATIONS and the compensation has not been forthcoming. Yet, more interestingly, before any settlement has been made the Memo/scandal broke.
As to smart, university-educated people the public is now realizing that the graduates of the Social Security office are speaking in TONGUES. One set of University Graduates are saying ONE THING, THE OTHER SET, SOMETHING ELSE. Mrs. Lawrence’s Education is being questioned and many in the public are wondering if she did not go to University.
The smart men of Babel outsmarted themselves on a number of fronts. The higher one goes the colder it gets and the less oxygen available, considering that the tower required hard physical Labour. God did not even have to act directly; HYPOTHERMIA AND HYPOXIA would have defeated them, causing them to be confused, to contradict each other.
Confusion and Contradictions are the Hallmarks of BEACON HEIGHTS. The person who made the observations still believes that all the lying, confusions and contradictions are due to God’s displeasure, an “ACT OF GOD”. On Winn FM Mr. Bailey said that CONTEC’s was ONE OF THREE BIDS.
CONTEC has said that it was one out of five bidders. Mr. Bailey’s attempt at clarification has caused confusion, strengthened the need for an independent investigation.
As a BABELIST Mr. Bailey is so confused that he does not understand the impression he is giving the public – of himself and others in Social Security. Mrs. Lawrence, BABELESS or NOT has been made to look PARANOID AND PSYCHIATRIC, AS IF SHE IS/WAS HAVING AN ILLUSION or in some way HALLUCINATING. It appears as if Mrs. Lawrence might be on drugs, in need of counseling. On her behalf, her efforts to protect the poor have left her severely traumatized. Such divergent views coming out of the Halls of Social Security can never engender public confidence. The confusion coming out of Social Security is palpable, can be bagged for shipping!
Prominent Babelist Denzil Douglas, stranger to the truth and TEN-MAN-IN-ONE (thus ten tongues) has fueled the confusion. Dr. Douglas told the nation THAT HE DOES NOT KNOW OF THE BEACON HEIGHTS/SOCIAL SECURITY SCANDAL. The Minister of Lands, Denzil Douglas does not know of the big purchase of lands by Social Security FROM THE STATE. By the Social Security ACT the Prime Minister selects the Social Security Chairman who has to report to the Prime Minister, Minister of FINANCE, Dr. Douglas has been moving the Chairman from ONE MINISTRY TO ANOTHER. As to incompetence and confusion the present Chairman is the High Priest.

Everyone is wondering exactly who ERASMUS works for, whether CONTEC, HIS COUNTRY or HIS IN-LAW. Coming from the COUPM the people what role the “PM” of COUPM has in CONTEC.

Many Kittitians are wondering and confused that the same preferred HOMES DO NOT HAVE ANY CONFIDENCE IN THE BEACON HEIGHTS HOUSING PROJECT.
