ROSEAU Dominica, January 23rd, 2012  --  Applications are invited from suitably qualified persons for awards offered under the Commonwealth Scholarship and Fellowship Plan (CSFP) , funded by the New Zealand Aid Programme to pursue post-graduate studies towards a Doctor's or Master's Degree for the academic year commencing February 2013.

Applicants should hold the minimum requirements of a First Degree with Upper Second Class Honours or Second Class degree and Master's degree.

Applications must submit one (1) original and two (2) photocopies of application form and other relevant documents and curriculum vitae to:
