KINGSTON Jamaica, January 30th, 2012  --  It is one of the paradoxes within the dancehall that it's easier for a secular artiste to hit the right note with a gospel tune than it is for a gospel artiste to sing a gospel song that crosses over into the dancehall.

Sanchez (Amazing Grace) and George Nooks (God Is Standing By) are just two of the many reggae/dancehall acts who have scored humongous hits among hardcore dancehall fans and church-goers using gospel songs.

Well, enter the talented All R Nuttln Family, with the collaboration single, Praise God, which is getting loads of love from the dancehall and on radio, especially in Connecticut, USA, where the group is based.

Praise God, produced by Third Floor Productions, is an inspirational song, which group manager Danny Peeces pointed out, "can fit into any mould."

According to him, "You don't have to be a Christian or go to church to relate to this song. It is reality and it is just the group's way of giving thanks and reminding others to do the same," Danny Peeces stated.

Those involved with the project are Singah Mike, Ras Jahtah, Oneil Silvah, Jungleman and Empress Tashai, all of whom have their solo careers, but felt the need to unite for this collab.

The manager was quick to point out that none of the artistes can make a claim to being gospel in the strictest sense of the word, "but they all have reverence for the Almighty".

"We were all in the studio vibing and Jahtah came up with the hook to 'just praise Jah/God and stop galang bad'. From then, everybody just build a verse and the song just flowed smooth. God organised it," the no-nonsense manager stated.

Danny Peeces, who along with Singah Mike formed All R Nuttin Entertainment in 2007, is upbeat about the progress of the single and the group is committed to working hard to to propel the popularity of Praise God.

"I have a great vision for this song," said Peeces, whose All R Nuttin company is involved in production, bookings, management and to a lesser extent, securing work permits for artistes.

Danny Peeces, who was christened Denton Donaldson and is a proud Cornwall College old boy, also fills a slot as host for the All R Nuttin Showcase on One Love Radio in Bridgeport, Connecticut. He says his focus is young artistes and ensuring that they get one of the things they crave most -- airplay.

"In 2009, just when things were looking so bleak, God sent One Love Radio and it has changed the face of how music is played here in Connecticut," Danny Peeces said. "Air play is expensive ... don't let anybody fool you that it isn't. But now that we have this radio programme, we are able to showcase our own products and a lot of music from other producers and artistes as well," he explained.

Danny Peeces reaffirmed his commitment to making good music and emphasised that his effort is always 'all r nuttin'.
