CHARLESTOWN Nevis, January 31st, 2012 -- To reach a successful destination, you need a vehicle assembled with wheels of ideas, filled with fuel of action, a driver with patience and hard work, and self-esteem. With this notion, this “Captain Matthew” welcomes you to her life’s journey….

On April 8th 1996, Ms. Patricia Matthew and Mr. Roosevelt Duncan gave birth to a beautiful rose. Nurtured with love and affection, this rose blossomed into the beautiful and talented Ms. Cinnamon Matthew.

Eager and always ready to learn, Cinnamon gained her primary school education at the St. Joseph Primary School and is currently a student at the Gingerland Secondary School.

As a form 4A2 student, Cinnamon has an ardent interest in all her subjects, because it is her desire to be a well-rounded student. Upon completing her educational journey, Cinnamon aspires to become a pediatrician.

All work and no play make Jackie a dull girl. With this thought nestled in the back of her mind, Cinnamon dubs herself a socialist. When she is not busy being a regular teenager, Cinnamon enjoys dancing, dramatizing and socializing with her friends.

Cinnamon describes her personality as one that is lovable and welcoming. Cinnamon strives to be a role model and lives by the motto “Education is the key that opens all doors of success.”

She believes that this motto keeps her focus in her studies and on a path towards becoming a well-rounded individual. Remember: “Tourism: Linking generations, bridging cultures.”
