ROSEAU Dominica, February 6th, 2012  --  The Organization of American States (OAS) is offering a Partial Scholarship for an online Course entitled Quality in Basic Education designed especially for primary or secondary school teachers, principals or administrators and teacher trainers.

The course will be taught in English and lasts for twelve (12) weeks from March 28th to June 20, 2012.

Deadline for registration is February 29, 2012 at 5:00pm (Washington D.C)
