The Department of Labour shares job searching skills with Fifth Formers

    KINGSTOWN St.Vincent,  February  07th, 2012 --  Fifth form students of the Intermediate High School were involved in a Job Search Workshop yesterday, organized by the Department of Labour.

     

    Senior Labour Officer Susan Clarke said that they are targeting twelve Secondary Schools for the workshops which are being held as part of the Department’s Work Program for this year.

     

    She says the sessions are aimed at providing the students with information on how to effectively search for a job.

     

    The Sessions are conducted by Senior Labour Officer Susan Clarke; Employment Officer Sherry-Ann Delplesche and Camille Crichton of Professional Secretarial Consultancy Services.

     

    The Training Workshops have already been held at Bishops College Kingstown and Campden Park Secondary Schools.

     

    The sessions will continue on Wednesday at the Bequia Seventh Day Adventist School and the Bequia Community College.
