BASSETERRE, St. Kitts – AS February 14 draws near, love is in the air along with a reason for celebration.
This Saturday, radio personality and female DJ- Sweet Sister Sensia will host her second Annual Valentines Affair at Club Ma Pau from 10:00 p.m.
The Triple S DJ said plans are afoot and coming along great, noting that she is extremely excited about the event and is looking forward to the night.
Sensia, Chronical Sound, DJ Yardy, Heineken Evolution and the Nu Vybes Band International comprise the group that will rock the upstairs venue to complete the night’s entertainment.
The promoter said the band would be situated on the outside veranda overlooking the ocean, which is a first for that venue. She told SKNVibes that reason for this choice is because she tries to make everything she does a bit different.
“With that in place, people would have a choice and it won’t be too close and hot for them. They can choose where they want to be, because music will be on the inside and the outside of Mapau,” she explained.
The affair will feature many give-a-ways including Best dressed couple in red and white, Most loving couples, Sexiest female in red and white along with $10 top-ups for the first 10 females.
According to Sensia, the tickets are $25 or $30 at the gate.
She said she did not do a couples price because she wants to see real couples, not a male and a female teaming up to pay the couples price then going their separate ways when they get inside.
She stressed that she is giving prizes to lovable couples because she wants them to have that enjoyment of being together that night of the event in celebration of Valentine’s Day on Tuesday
There would also be photos taken on a red carpet from which various winners will be chosen.
“I will also have a dance off with Mr. Vegas’ new song ‘Bruck It Down’, where one lady who can do the dance sexy but with class gets $100 for her to enjoy her night.”
Apart from this event, Triple S says she currently has nothing else in her pipeline as yet except for Mention’s Birthday Bash which she hosts every year and that is still in the planning stages.
