Customer Appreciation Day!
BASSETERRE, St. Kitts – FOLLOWING months of preparatory work, the TDC Group of Companies’ Automotive Division will be unveiling its renovated and upgraded facility to the public today, and will be simultaneously showing appreciation to its loyal and potential customers (Feb. 25).
The doors of the upgraded facility will swing open promptly at 8:00 a.m., inviting customers to peruse and enjoy the new surroundings which taking advantage of special packages and offers.
As explained by the Department’s Manager, Don Boncamper, the renovation process began in April 2011 and it was expected that after the work would have been completed, a number of improvements would have been realised.
These include: a more comfortable and more efficient shopping facility and experience for customers, an upgrade in the standards in keeping with international standards, the construction of an indoor showroom after a North American model and a renovation of the outdoor showroom to feature a hint of Caribbean flair, the upgrade of the Division’s entrance and the relocation of the Department’s Spare Parts section.
In keeping with the theme of a more comfortable shopping experience for the customer, the space has been extended and now includes a waiting area.
Special Packages and Offers
As part of the customer appreciation incentive, patrons who utilise or purchase the products and services of the Department TODAY would be able to capitalise on a number of special packages.
Among these are:
• $1 000 of the purchase price, a free blackberry Curve or Torch, a free tank of Gas and the first year of insurance free at TDC’s SNIC;
• 20 percent off all Spare Parts, tyres and accessories;
• Persons who have their vehicles generally serviced, would receive a 25 percent discount; and
• The option is signing up for TDC’s Mega Rewards Card (a loyalty programme designed to encourage and reward loyal buying) would be given to customers today. And persons who sign up would receive bonus points should they participate in today’s promotion.
As an added perk, representatives from the Mega Reward programme, SNIC and FINCO would be present to facilitate ease of transactions.
The general ambiance of the facility would be inviting and conducive to efficient quality service and customers are now being guaranteed a “New Experience”.
Employees are constantly engaged in training in order to continuously hone their skills in repair, maintenance and customer service. However, customers – as explained by Boncamper – could also expect to receive some training in the general upkeep of their vehicles.
The Automotive Division will be open for a full SEVEN hours today in order to allow customers to enjoy the new space and capitalise on the day’s special offers.
