Cable & Wireless contributes to ANSAR

Cable & Wireless has lent its support to the upcoming conference of the Anguilla Nevis and St. Kitts Reunion (ANSAR) with the handing over of a sponsorship cheque.  The cheque presentation was made to Mr. Calvin James of the organizing committee, by Mrs Sheila DeSilva, VP Regulatory Affairs at Cable & Wireless. 

“We are always pleased for the opportunity to contribute to the successful outcome of regional and international conferences in St. Kitts & Nevis, as the full service telecommunications provider,” said Mrs DeSilva at the presentation ceremony.  “We want to assure you that with the backing of our full suite of telecoms products and services, you have one thing less to worry about as you organise this conference,” she assured.

 
In addition to the cash contribution provided to the Steering Committee, Cable & Wireless has also provided free Netspeak service to the conference secretariat for the past few months. 

Responding to the generosity of Cable & Wireless, Mr. Calvin James extended appreciation and best wishes on behalf of ANSAR.  “We are satisfied that Cable & Wireless has been extremely cooperative with our efforts to ensure that this year’s conference is amongst the most memorable and wish to thank you for your tremendous contribution in cash and services,” remarked Mr. James.
