    Keeth Arthurton Cricket Centre (KACC) receives Corporate Support

     


    Mrs. Jonelle Rawlins – Drew handing over a five thousand four hundred dollar   (EC$5400) cheque to Mr. Keeth Arthuton, Founder and Manager of the Keeth Arthurton Cricket Centre (KACC)

     

    Basseterre, St. Kitts – The future of Cricket in the Federation looks even brighter, thanks to the Corporate support of the TDC Group of Companies.

     

    In a brief and significant ceremony held at the Keeth Arthurton Cricket Centre (KACC), Mrs. Jonelle Rawlins - Drew, Acting Manager of the Client Relations and Marketing Department presented a cheque in the amount of five thousand four hundred dollars (EC$5400.00) to Mr. Keeth Arthurton, the Founder and Manager of the Sporting facility.

     

    In making the presentation to the former West Indian Cricketer, Rawlins – Drew spoke of the Company’s ongoing commitment to Sports and its related activities in the Federation.

     

    “We recognize the importance of Sports and as such, we continue to endorse a number of Sporting disciplines, Track and Field, Basketball, Golf, Football, and of course, Cricket.  It is my pleasure on behalf of the TDC Group of Companies to present this cheque to Mr. Arthurton to assist the Academy in their ongoing efforts to further advance the game at the Youth level,” stated Mrs. Rawlins – Drew. ~~Adz:Right~~

     

    In accepting the donation, Mr. Arthurton expressed appreciation to the local firm and made mention of the investment made by TDC to assist the Centre in achieving its goals.

     

    “I thank TDC for their generous sponsorship. This contribution will go along way in helping us in achieving our short and long term goals here at the Centre.  This is the second time that TDC has come forward to assist us in our endeavours.  The first was with the initial stages of construction at this present location.  We are very grateful for their support,” remarked Arthurton.

     

    The KACC was established in 2002 as a training facility for aspiring Cricketers between the ages of six (6) to thirteen (13) years. Since then, it has been the preparation grounds for players of the Junior and National Cricket teams.
