Youth nursing gunshot wound in Alexandra Hospital

~~Adz:Left~~CHARLESTOWN, Nevis – AN unidentified male resident of Craddock Road was shot late yesterday afternoon and is being treated for his wound(s) at the Alexandra Hospital.

Head of Nevis Division Superintendent Samuel Seabrookes confirmed the incident this morning and said the victim would have to undergo surgery today.

He said his officers were in the field carrying out investigations and no arrests have so far been made.

This has been the second shooting incident over a seven-day period on Nevis. On Tuesday, June 10, residents of Marion Avenue in Charlestown awoke to the shooting-death of Leon Hendrickson, an incident which the Police are still investigating.
