BASSETERRE, St. Kitts- WILMOR Inc has partnered with the Ministry of Housing and its subsidiaries to usher in a new era in the housing industry with the advent of “affordable, quality homes” built in minimal time.

According to one of the Wilmor Inc. directors Cyprian Williams, the vision of Wilmor Enterprises is to revolutionize living in the Federation.

“Through innovative technology in the housing industry our company prides itself in the product we offer, one which helps prospective buyers realize their dream of home ownership in a timely and cost effective manner even as we facilitate the dreams and aspirations of families and individuals,” he told the large gathering assembled in front of the model home constructed at Clement Hicks Street, New Road.

Whilst giving his overview of the project, Williams outlined some of the features the Wilmor homes would incorporate.

“Customer satisfaction is our first priority and Wilmor will provide a five year warranty on the homes built.

The prefabricated homes will be constructed with steel frames, fire resistant and waterproof materials, tiled floors, and energy efficient water heating capacity systems.

The structures have also been tested and can withstand wind speeds of up to 150 miles per hour and can withstand 7,000 pounds of pressure.”

According to the local investor, the company can construct homes of any size, built to the specifications of the owner. He explained that they also had the capacity to build community centers, storage facilities and commercial buildings.

The model was toured by prospective home owners, stakeholders and Ministry of Housing and National Housing Corporation officials who all expressed very positive impressions of the structure.

Williams said that in these “financially challenging times” where even the well-to-do are paying more attention to the outlook for their financial future, Wilmor could construct homes as large or small as the potential homeowner could finance. The homes he said, could be constructed in less than one month barring material supply issues. ~~Adz:Right~~

Persons wishing to apply to the company for construction of homes can visit the National Housing Corporation office at East Park Range, Basseterre. Those persons who have previously applied for government housing will also be considered under this new housing scheme as well as landowners who are now looking to build homes.
