BASSETERRE, St. Kitts – PURCHASING a vehicle has been made a lot easier on the pocket, thanks to S. L. Horsford’s and the launch of its most-recent promotion dubbed the ‘Perfect 10’.
The promotion was rolled out yesterday (May 10) and offers a number of eye-catching incentives which are valid until June 10.
Outlining the details of the exciting package offered by S. L. Horsford’s Automotive, the firm’s Marketing Executive, Wallis Wilkin, explained that ‘10’ is the magic number during the life of the promotion.
He stated that usually, persons purchasing a brand new vehicle would be required to provide a 20 percent down payment, but during the Perfect 10 promotion, only a 10 percent down payment is required.
He also indicated that rather than paying a 17 percent VAT fee on the cost of the vehicle, S. L. Horsford’s Automotive would absorb seven percent which would leave the customer paying only 10 percent.
The savings do not end there as free servicing for one year, free registration and licensing, free tinting, free accessories, and a free bill of sale are included with each purchase.
Wilkin added that normally, S. L. Horsford’s offers 11 percent financing over a six-and-a-half-year period; however, the Perfect 10 package would see an 8.5 percent financing over the same period being offered.
The Marketing Executive gave a sneak peek into the upcoming promotion which he said would cater to those who wish to purchase used or reconditioned vehicles.
He explained that these vehicles would be up for sale on a “cash and carry” basis during the first ever S. L. Horsford’s Automotive Yard Sale.
Other details would be announced closer to the launch of that promotion.
