GEORGETOWN Guyana, May 14th, 2012 -- The Permanent Council of the Organization of American States (OAS) will meet in a protocolary session Tuesday, May 15, 2012, at 10:00 EDT (14:00 GMT) in the Hall of the Americas at the headquarters of the organization in Washington, DC, to receive the President of Guyana, Donald Rabindranauth Ramotar.
Afterwards, at 14:30 EDT (18:30 GMT), there will be a joint meeting of the Permanent Council and the American Council for Integral Development (CEPCIDI) in Simón Bolívar Hall.
