Local Farmers To Participate In Capacity Building Workshop

    KINGSTOWN St.Vincent,  May 24th, 2012   --   Farmers across the nation would be involved in a series of capacity building workshops, to be hosted by the Ministry of Health, Wellness and the Environment over the next three weeks.

     

    A release from National Co-ordinator Philmore Isaacs, said the workshops are being sponsored by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP).

    Four such workshops have been completed in Fancy, Georgetown, North Union and Biabou.

    And sessions are also planned for Marriaqua, Kingstown, Barrouallie next week Tuesday on May 29th, Chateaubelair on Wednesday May 30th, Vermont on June 5th and Bequia on June 6th.

    Interested Farmers are being urged to contact their Extension Officers to register for the sessions.
