Eastern Caribbean Forecast: The presence of a tropical wave will continue to cause cloudy skies with scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms across Puerto Rico, B.V.I. and to a lesser extent, the Leeward Islands.
This wave will begin affecting portions of Hispaniola later today. Elsewhere, skies will be generally partly cloudy with brief passing showers.
