BASSETERRE St. Kitts, August 8th 2012 - TODAY, (August 8th 2012) marks 3 years since the passing of 14 - year old Stancia Lake, who was shot whilst braiding the hair of a young man at a home located at the corner of Wigley Avenue and Cayon Street.
