BASSETERRE, St. Kitts – SATURDAY NIGHT’S party at Cloud 9 to celebrate Altonia Springer’s 4th party edition, ’23 Black Diamonds and Pearls’ was ‘off the chain’.
A large crowd attended to party it up in a three way style, with music and entertainment ‘cyan done’.
In the VIP Lounge there was the Royalties Band featuring Mic Stokes, Mimi and Rolhensha, Nicha B and Infamus along with DJ Wett Dutt while the Party Hutt featured Mad Squad Sounds, Mixclusiv, Freedom Sounds and Unstoppable Chalice.
A party at the beautiful Cloud 9 would not be complete without the Roof Top and holding it down, Nu Vybes band turned things up.
The ladies ‘bubbled’ and ‘bruk it down’ while the ‘fellas’ did their best to hold on and keep up with the bumping music.
The party also featured a surprise performance by Team Diamond Girls, who gave a seductive performance of some popular songs that are receiving tons of airplay.
There was also sexy modeling by Divine Modeling Agency led by Rosalyn Berkeley.
They modeled various sexy designs and swimsuits.
There were a few technical glitches but overall the party went down smoothly and the general consensus was that all had a great time as they normally do at “Ali’s parties”.
Springer told SKNVibes that she did not get to party as she would have liked to because she was busy working at the party making sure that everything went smoothly.
“On behalf of Diamonds & Pearls INC... I would like to thank everyone who attended. It was a success. Unfortunately there were some hiccups but that's life. I am happy the people who attended enjoyed themselves and look forward to next year,” she said.
When asked how she was going to celebrate her actual birthday on October 3, Springer said she would be mellow on that day.
“I’m going to sleep on my birthday! I am so tired! I’m going to also visit my Grandmother’s grave and also my good friend Dwayne Sturge’s grave. He passed away last year,” she said.
In a previous interview, Springer said that organizing parties is something she loves to do and started Diamonds and Pearl Inc. in 2007 as a club for young persons to socialize and become young event planners.
“Diamonds & Pearls INC/Social Club is my dream and at 23 dreams do come true,” she stated.
She said that her parties are just stepping stones and experiences for hosting bigger events.
