ST. JOHN’S, Antigua – LIAT wishes to advise its customers and the general public that flights to and from St. Kitts have been cancelled for the remainder of the day due to the weather conditions associated with Tropical Storm Rafael.
On several occasions throughout the day the Robert L. Bradshaw Airport was closed by the local authorities due to low visibility and strong cross winds.
Additionally, LI 512 from Antigua to St. Kitts to St. Maarten to Tortola has been cancelled due to the expected deterioration of the weather conditions this evening as Tropical Storm Rafael passes through the Virgin Islands.
