Basseterre, St. Kitts, December 05th, 2012 (SKNIS) -- The staff of the St. Kitts and Nevis Information Service (SKNIS) has embarked on what is hoped to be an annual heart warming Christmas gift-giving initiative entitled Dare to Care. This undertaking enables the Christmas spirit of giving to be shared with others at this time of year.
This year’s beneficiary for Dare to Care is the Cardin Home. The general public is encouraged to visit the Christmas tree displayed in the Lobby of Government Headquarters and pick a paper ornament with the wish list of a resident at the Cardin Home.
More than one can be selected. Your name and contact information is required at the reception desk. Wrapped gifts must be submitted by December 19 for delivery on Christmas Day. Individuals, groups of friends, work colleagues and civil organizations can feel free make someone else’s Christmas wish come true.
The programme is set to benefit over 70 residents.
