Lindsay Grant to meet with St. Kitts-Nevis Nationals in Toronto

Basseterre, St.Kitts:-St.Kitts-Nevis nationals residing in Toronto , Canada will get an opportunity to meet with Mr. Lindsay Grant, Leader of the country’s main opposition Party the People’s Action Movement this Friday October 31st 2008.
Mr. Grant will meet with nationals at the Latvian Canadian Centre, 4 Credit Union Road , Don Mills at 7pm sharp. The meeting will be held upstairs in the Cote-de-Sac room. The Latvian Canadian Centre is located off Eglinton Avenue , just East of the Don Valley Parkway.
The townhall meeting is being hosted by the St. Kitts Canadian Association – Toronto .
“It was organized by the group in order to give SKN nationals in Toronto an opportunity to meet and interact with one of St.Kitts-Nevis’ most distinguished leaders,” said Dr. Lovell Hodge President of the SKCAT.
Mr. Grant will use the opportunity to bring nationals up to date with the issues and concerns of nationals back home as well as those of his party. He will also give the gathering an insight to his party’s plans for the development and progression of the country after being elected to office come the next General Elections.
The St. Kitts Canadian Association – Toronto was established in 1970 to promote unity among nationals of St.Kitts, their descendants and relatives as well as to develop and maintain cultural, educational and recreational programs to assist members to fully participate in and contribute to Canadian Society. ~~Adz:Right~~
Mr. Grant will be participating in and initiating similar events wherever there are high concentrations of SKN nationals ,particularly in the US and the UK .
