    U.S. Embassy/ CXC National Award for Outstanding Performance in the CSEC May/June 2008 Examinations

     

    ~~Adz:Left~~ In an effort to encourage students to excel in their educational pursuits, the United States Embassy in Barbados and the Caribbean Examinations Council (CXC) are from this year collaborating to sponsor national awards for outstanding performance in the Caribbean Secondary Education Certificate (CSEC). The award is for the Most Outstanding Candidate Overall in the territory.

     

    The 2008 recipient of the award for St. Kitts and Nevis is Miss Xavienne–Roma Richardson, a student of the Basseterre High School.  Miss Richardson achieved Grade I passes in nine subjects and Grade II in one subject.

     

    Miss Richardson will receive a cash prize from the US Embassy and a commemorative plaque from CXC.

     

    The Ministry of Education extends congratulations to Miss Xavienne-Roma Richardson on her outstanding performance.
