BASSETERRE St. Kitts, March 26th, 2013 -- With a monetary contribution to the Tyrell Williams Primary school in Verchilds, SKELEC was able to make the dream come through for hundreds of youths.
The school which is a major athletic and academic powerhouse on the island had its track team, which will be represented at next week Rams Inter-Primary School Championship, proudly co-sponsored by SKELEC. The SKELEC logo will adorn the track team outfits.
SKELEC is proud to be a part of athletics on the island and is proud to sponsor the youths in any capacity. Mr. Brooks the CEO, of SKELEC presented Ms. Vincear Wilksinson who proudly accepted the cheque on behalf of the school.
Mr. Brooks pointed out that the school is the first to be sponsored by SKELEC and hope that the Company is able to continue to do more in the community and assist with the overall development within all Communities across the Island.
