    BASSETERRE, ST. KITTS, NOVEMBER 3RD 2008 (CUOPM) – The governing St. Kitts-Nevis Labour Party’s will continue to invest heavily in the youth of the twin-island Federation.
     
    The Government’s commitment was reaffirmed by Prime Minister Hon. Dr. Denzil L. Douglas when he joined his Press Secretary in welcoming journalism interns, Ms. Rhonda Devent and Ms. Vashni Belle, during his monthly Press Conference.
     
     “This Government has invested heavily in the human development of this nation, making sure that there is adequate training that go into the preparation of our young people as the leaders of our country,” said Dr. Douglas.
     
    Belle and Devent, who are students at the Clarence Fitzroy Bryant College (CFBC), are interested in journalism and are attached to the St. Kitts-Nevis Labour Spokesman newspaper.
