Kittitian killed in St. Maarten

    BASSETERRE, St. Kitts – A national of St. Kitts-Nevis was reportedly gunned down early this morning (Jun. 8) in St. Maarten.


    SKNVibes found out that from a reliable source that the name of the victim is Odelmo Williams, who carries aliases ‘Marga Man’ and ‘Spraga’, and hails from Tabernacle Village in St. Kitts.


    Information gleaned from one online media house from St. Maarten- - reported that he was gunned down in the district of French Quarter at approximately 1:00 a.m.
    SKNVibes was informed that the shooting took place in the vicinity of Suki Supermarket.
    According to that news website, “gunshots were heard and shortly after a crowd gathered around the body of a man known as ‘Spraga’ from St. Kitts who was at the time, seriously injured.
    Reportedly, efforts were made by the Emergency Services to revive the victim but he succumbed to his injuries.
    That media house further revealed that the Gendarmes are now conducting an in-depth investigation into the incident.
