                         Premier Parry to Honor Students at Tourism Awards Luncheon
     

    Premier of Nevis, Hon. Joseph Parry

     

    Charlestown, Nevis - Premier of Nevis and Minister of Tourism, the Hon. Joseph Parry, will give brief remarks at this year’s Ministry of Tourism Awards Luncheon on Monday, December 8th, at Occasions in Pinney’s Estate.   The event is scheduled to begin at 10:00am.
     
    The Awards Luncheon is to honor all students who have participated in the tourism awareness contests put on this year.
     
    Sixty-seven students from both primary and secondary schools in Nevis will be rewarded for their efforts.  Education officials, including teachers and Principals, have also been invited to attend.
     
    Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Tourism, Mr. Tyrone O’Flaherty, in his bid to applaud and encourage the young people remarked, “Our students have performed well throughout the year and we take the opportunity to publicly recognize their achievements and to inspire them.”
